Download the Technicolor CineStyle™ Profile on this page. Connect your camera to your computer using the appropriate USB cable. Note: for the EOS 5D Mark II you may need to set "Communication" to "PC connect" in the camera's menu. Start the Canon EOS Utility. Select "Camera settings/Remote shooting" on the main window.
You can set it slow so it looks like manual focus, it's more accurate than your eyes, even at tracking. As far as 4k full frame cameras it's only in the 1DX Mark ii right now, we expect it to be in the 5D Mark IV in a few months. With 1080p it's in the 80D.
